Great extension, sturdy, & a must for your nearly indestructible Morad antenna, but go buy it elsewhere. John H's lack of customer service may bite you as it has bitten me. Too bad he doesn't realize he only hurts his own business. Facts Do Not matter here to this owner, even when you have promises in writing from John himself. You will also get no one on the phone unless THEY get mad at you first, at least that IS my experience. Run away and buy from someone who actually WANTS to earn your business. The Antenna Farm may have some good prices on some items, but service matters so much more. We customers deserve more than tantrums if there is a problem. For many of us, our credit cards guarantee we will receive better treatment, IF we enforce it through chargebacks or claims.
