The DAL was designed to meet the demands of the NFPA 72 & 1221 fire safety codes. It provides the necessary dry contact alarms for DC UPS systems for public safety BDA and DAS networks. The DAL add-on allows you to turn any UPS system into a NFPA compliant battery backup.
