The Andrew 33544-42 HELIAX® Connector Reattachment Kit is designed for servicing and reinstalling connectors on EW180 and EWP180 elliptical waveguide transmission lines.

The kit provides replacement sealing components and installation accessories needed when removing and reattaching compatible microwave waveguide connectors. These components help restore proper mechanical connections and environmental sealing during waveguide maintenance.

The 33544-42 includes two waveguide gaskets, one compression-ring O-ring, silicone grease, and a saw guide. The saw guide assists with accurate waveguide preparation, while the replacement seals help maintain the integrity of the connector assembly.

Designed for professional microwave communications applications, the kit supports maintenance of HELIAX EW180-series waveguide systems used in point-to-point radio links, telecommunications towers, antenna feed systems, and microwave backhaul installations.

The kit is associated with compatible EW180 connectors, including Andrew 1180SC and 1180SCM fixed-tuned connectors.

The 33544-42 is a connector reattachment kit, not a complete waveguide connector. Flange gaskets and replacement connectors are sold separately.
