The Andrew 205127 is a specialized flaring tool kit designed for field installation of connectors and splices on HELIAX® EW220 and EW240 elliptical waveguide transmission lines.
The kit is engineered to produce precise, consistent waveguide flares, helping ensure proper mechanical attachment and dependable electrical performance when installing compatible microwave waveguide connectors.
Its precision steel tooling forms the waveguide ends to the required profile, supporting accurate connector installation while minimizing deformation of the waveguide conductor.
