The Andrew EWP63-57W is a premium-grade HELIAX® elliptical waveguide designed for low-loss microwave signal transmission across the 5.725–7.125 GHz frequency range.

Part of the HELIAX EW63 series, this flexible elliptical waveguide is engineered for point-to-point microwave communications systems, antenna feedlines, and telecommunications infrastructure requiring dependable RF transmission at approximately 6 GHz.

The EWP63-57W features a corrugated copper conductor enclosed in a protective black polyethylene (PE) jacket, providing electrical performance and resistance to environmental exposure in outdoor installations.

Its elliptical construction allows the waveguide to be routed around obstacles and installed between microwave antennas and radio equipment without requiring extensive rigid waveguide assemblies.

The premium-grade waveguide provides a specified VSWR of 1.06:1 and return loss of 30.72 dB, supporting excellent impedance matching throughout its operating frequency range.

At 6.33 GHz, the waveguide has a typical attenuation of 1.410 dB per 100 feet and an average power rating of approximately 4.69 kW under the manufacturer's specified test conditions.

The EWP63-57W is suitable for microwave backhaul networks, telecommunications towers, broadcast transmission systems, and other applications requiring premium elliptical waveguide performance.
