Description
The Andrew 245314-37 is a complete single-port cable entrance panel assembly designed for Andrew HELIAX EW37 elliptical waveguide.
It allows a waveguide transmission line to pass through the wall or roof of a telecommunications shelter while providing an environmental seal around the waveguide.
The assembly includes an aluminum entrance plate and a compatible WGB4-37 rubber boot, which uses an EPDM rubber cushion to seal around the waveguide.
Unlike the WGB5-37 boot previously reviewed, this product includes both the metal entrance panel and the rubber sealing assembly.
Typical installations include microwave communications towers, equipment shelters, and point-to-point microwave radio systems.
