The Andrew F090KKS5 is a 47.24-inch (1200 mm) flexible, twistable rectangular waveguide designed for microwave communication systems operating between 8.2 and 12.4 GHz.
Part of Andrew's FlexTwist series, it allows microwave transmission lines to bend and twist to accommodate equipment alignment and installation requirements.
The assembly features PBR100 flanges on both ends, making it suitable for compatible WR90 waveguide systems, including microwave backhaul links, antenna feeds, and point-to-point radio installations.
Unlike coaxial cable, it uses a hollow metallic waveguide structure to transmit microwave signals.
